The mix sounds very crowded, I think if you went back over the song, and leveled out everything a bit better, bring the drums a little more forward, and make sure they don't sound so compressed, then I think you'd have decent song.

Mm. Love the strings you've got going! Maybe remove the top couple of kHz from the hi-hats a little, little bit more bass/punch on the kick. The mix feels a little empty in the centre field.
This is good critisism I hope. :)

What sampls are you using? NI?
